1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Karnataka Auto Consultants (website, physical showroom, or test drive requests), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Vehicle Information & Availability
All pre-owned vehicles listed on our platform are subject to prior sale. While we maintain real-time inventory updates, vehicle availability must be confirmed with our sales team. Pricing is stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. 20+ Point Inspection & Certification
Assure-badged vehicles undergo a 20+ point physical evaluation. Inspection reports reflect vehicle condition at the time of evaluation. Buyers are encouraged to test drive and physically inspect vehicles prior to final purchase.
4. Booking & Payments
Token booking amounts paid to reserve a car are subject to our standard cancellation policy. Full payment or bank loan approval is required prior to vehicle delivery and handover of RTO transfer documents.
5. RTO & RC Transfer Responsibility
Karnataka Auto Consultants facilitates RTO documentation for vehicle ownership transfer. Delivery timelines for updated RC cards depend on official RTO processing windows in the respective Karnataka jurisdiction.
